Responsibilities at Nexternal Solutions as an Account Executive:
•New Business Development - Full-cycle sales person handling the west coast. Lead generation, working warm leads, social based lead generation, pricing negotiation and closure of agreements. Consultive & relationship based sales philosophy. Majority of deals involve competing against both SaaS and Licensed competitors.
•Project Management - Responsible for launching all clients that sign up. Including data migration, social networking setup, product marketplace feed setup, xml tool verification, salesforce.com setup, pos integration verification, customer data import, mobile commerce, shipping partner integrations and credit card gateway setup. Average launch time 2 weeks from date of signup.
•Competitor Research & Analysis - Investigating and comparing all major SaaS, OpenSource and Licensed Solutions against Nexternal. Including: Volusion, Magento, BigCommerce, 3DCart, Shopatron, OScommerce, ZenCart, ProStores, Yahoo Merchant Services, MivaMerchant, Shopify, ShopSite and Webstore by Amazon.
•Account Management - Provides dedicated account management for every client that is brought to the company in addition to a segment of legacy clients. Account Management focused on resolving client concerns and increasing client transactional volume / revenue.
•Online Marketing Management - Provides clients with industry best practices for increasing revenue using Facebook, Twitter, Groupon, Living Social, Internal Social Sale Tool, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, AdWords, Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing.
